Trapeze Yoga
Trapeze Yoga is back in September!
We have a Level 2 available at 8:30AM each Saturday for those who have attended previously and want to learn more and try new poses.
The 10:30 each class is the same basic class that Lori with Aloha-Jungle delivers so well!
Each class is 90 minutes and the cost is $25.

Activities in Paradise HSV Business Expo
Come visit the HSV Chamber of Commerce “Activities in Paradise” Business Expo!
We will be there with drawings and information on not only the Pilates reformer classes, and
the new offering of Symmetry Alignsmart. I am excited to share these offering with the community.

HSV Arts and Crafts Fair
If you are interested in seeing what a Pilates reformer is, come to the HSV Arts and Crafts Fair on April 27th. I will have a reformer there with live demonstrations.
