Sound Bath
As we welcome in Spring, this Sound Bath we will also revisit our Burning Bowl Ceremony we did at the start of the new year. If you did not attend that session, no problem! We will have some fun looking back at that time of the year and look to the present with the intention looking inward for Self Care during these times of uncertainty.
The Cost is $30 online or cash at the door

Trapeze Yoga
Trapeze Yoga is back! For three Saturdays you can join the fun whether you are trying
it for the first time, or if you have done it before. Join Lori Erickson of Aloha-Jungle as she
gently leads you during the class. It is a fun time and you will feel refreshed and relaxed.
There are two sessions each Saturday starting January 11th. One at 8:30-10:00 and one at 10:30-12:00.
Each is a 90 minute class and the cost is only $25. The dates are January 11th, 18th

We have a Level 2 available at 8:30AM each Saturday for those who have attended previously and want to learn more and try new poses.
The 10:30 each class is the same basic class that Lori with Aloha-Jungle delivers so well!
Each class is 90 minutes and the cost is $25.

Activities in Paradise HSV Business Expo

We will be there with drawings and information on not only the Pilates reformer classes, and
the new offering of Symmetry Alignsmart. I am excited to share these offering with the community.

HSV Arts and Crafts Fair
